300 woman embroider a ribbon for peace. This way they want to raise attention for the problems in the world and that peace is not naturally. The ribbon is 80 meters long.

The Colorfield Performance project is finished. For several months, 440 artists worked on 449 paintings. They are placed in one big triangle on the country side near to the town Sloten.

17 music associations are working together on the Lûd fan Middelsee project. It is the first time they work together on one big project. It consists of 7 concerts at different locations, all on the same day. Spectators can listen to the music and visit the locations by bike.

This weekend rock opera Tommy will be performed in the open air theater Park Herema State in Joure. Tommy is a musical from the sixties that has been transformed into a Frisian version of this master piece.

The Frisian horse, the "Wadden" and "Bildt" area play a big role in the theater performance: "De Stormruiter". A lot of preparation is needed for the show. In this video you will get a sneak peak behind the scenes of "De Stormruiter".
