The giants are finally in Leeuwarden. Omrop Fryslân is following them on every step of the way.

Leeuwarden is preparing itself for the giants. The city centre is closed for cars and bicycles and the hotels are booked full.

For the first time the giants have been spotted in Leeuwarden. The theater group Royal de Luxe is practicing with the giants for their big performance the 17th, 18th, and 19th of August, but now they have already set their first steps in Leeuwarden.

Eleven fountains have been placed in the all Frisian cities for the cultural year. But what do people actually think of the fountains? Do they like it? Omrop Fryslân goes to all the fountains to ask for their opinion. This time Omrop Fryslân is at the fountain in Dokkum.

Theater company Royal de Luxe is practicing for the big performance in August in the WTC building in Leeuwarden. But unfortunately that is one of the few things that are published concerning the giants. There are stil a lot of "secrets".
